Late Agnes Storm Holch Povlsen - Anders Holch Povlsen's Daughter Who Died in Easter Bombing

Agnes Storm Holch Povlsen is the late daughter of Billionaire Anders Holch Povlsen. Her father is the largest shareholder of ASOS.

Sadly, she was killed in the Easter bombing at the Shangri La Hotel in the Sri Lankan capital city of Columbo on 21st April 2019. Agnes including two of her sisters named Alma and Alfred was also killed in that incident.

Agnes was born in the year 2000 somewhere in the Kingdom of Denmark. She was born to Danish parents, Anders Holch Povlsen (father) and Anne Holch Povlsen (mother). 

She was born and raised along with her three siblings named Alma Storm Holch Povlsen, Astrid Storm Holch Povlsen, and Alfred Storm Holch Povlsen. By nationality, she was a Danish citizen and belonged to the white ethnicity. As of her education, she attended Skovvangskolen, an exclusive private school in Denmark.

Her dad, Anders Holch Povlsen was born on 4th November 1972 to Troels Holch Povlsen and Merete Bech Povlsen. By profession, he is a Danish biggest billionaire, fashion tycoon, a landowner in Scotland, Denmark, and Romania, CEO of the worldwide clothing retailer Bestseller. 

Similarly, Anders is the largest shareholder in the British internet fashion retailer ASOS, and second-largest in German internet clothing retailer Zalando. Likewise, he is the largest individual private landowner in the UK. 

According to Forbes, he was the richest Dane in the world in 2018. He has started his business as a landowner in Scotland, Denmark, and Romania. 

Death of Agnes and her siblings:

While she and her family were on a vacation to the Shangri La Hotel in the Sri Lankan capital city of Columbo in 2019. The Easter terrorists targetted three churches in Sri Lanka and three luxury hotels in the commercial capital, Columbo on 21st April 2019.

During the Easter explosion, Alma, Agnes, and Alfred were killed along with many other people.

The Povlsen family had to return back with the grief of losing three children and only Astrid was the sole survivor of the incident. A total of 267 people were killed, including 45 foreign nationals, three police officers, and eight bombers, and at least 500 were injured.

After the great loss of their three children in the 2019 Easter Bombing, the couple was blessed with pregnancy news and they called the news "life-affirming". 

After less than a year, they gave birth to twin babies, two healthy baby girls on 12th March 2020 with no complications.
