Amy Ferson is a news anchor, formerly of TheBlaze TV, and was the host of TheBlaze's "Real News".

She was born in Lusaka, Zambia on July 25, 1973, she grew up in Seattle, Washington, and resides in New York City. 

Lovelife and Relationship Status

Ferson is the Girlfriend of Lloyd Grove. He is an American News reporter and editor at large for the Daily Beast. He is the nephew of Paul Stone an Assistant Producer.

In 2016, Ferson was rumored to be in a relationship with Mickey Kaus a slate.com writer. However, she makes clear that there is nothing like that via a tweet.

Early Life and Parents

Ferson's father was of African background heritage and a mother from Seattle.

However, when she was three her parents got divorced, after the divorce, her mother left the Southern African Nation formerly known as Nothern Rhosedia with her daughter and get settled in Seatle.

Ferson completed her Bachelor Of Arts in Economics from Princeton University in 1994 after completing her senior thesis that examined the record-label business. 

After she joined the Princeton University,  she founded Ahimsa, an animal rights group against animal testing. 

Moreover, in 1992, she was voted in a presidential election for the first time, when she just turned eighteen. She is an independent conservative and was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta.

She used to live in Seattle and there she used to work as an assistant on music video shoots, but she moved to Washington, DC in 1995.

Works with (IWF) Independent Women's Forum

After she moved to Washington, DC, she works with the Independent Women's Forum(IWF). 

IWF is a non-profit think tank founded by conservative women that issue policy papers on and led public relations efforts for the purpose of reform measures, like mandatory HIV testing for pregnant women.

  • Amy Ferson began her career at Fox News as a contributor.
     
  • From 2003 to 2006,  Ferson wrote Senate Floor Statements for Bill Frist, a two-term United States Senator from Tennessee and Republican Majority Leader, after she works many years for Independent Women's Forum.
     
  • She has co-hosted as a guest in The View and co-hosted for Fox News Glenn Beck while Beck was on the road with his  "Unelectable" show.
     
  • Ferson also has appeared with Bill Maher on the HBO show Real Time.
