Daniel Toce - He Was Sentenced a Decade in Prison For Assaulting His Daughter

Daniel Toce (7th July 1973, Waterford, Connecticut, USA) is a public figure who gained the spotlight as the ex-husband of the American TV personality and singer, Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

In fact, he made the news headlines of the physical assault of a minor who was none other than his own stepdaughter, Briella Karenna. He was then sentenced to 10 years in jail but he got out in 2 years.

Married Life With Kimberleigh

On 5th May 2001, Daniel Toce tied the wedding knot with RHOA star, Kimberleigh Marie Zolciak-Biermann in Destin Florida. She had two daughters from her previous relationships, Briella Karenna born on 25th February 1997, and Ariana Lenne born on 17th October 2001. 

But after 3 months of their marriage, the former couple separated on 19th August. Next month on 18th September 2001, Kim filed for divorce against Dominic when she was 8 months pregnant with their daughter which was finalized on 11th February 2003. 

Arrested for rape case:

In 2011, Daniel Toce came into the headlines for sexual assault on a 15-year-old girl. The shocking news came out when it was revealed that the minor victim is none other than his step-daughter, Briella Karenna. 

According to her, she was physically and emotionally tortured when she was only 14 years old. 

Furthermore, Briella even had to go for an abortion when she found out she was pregnant with her stepfather's child. She was going through all this for a year when she finally gathered the courage to burst the news out to the police. 

As a result, Daniel was sentenced to 10 years jail at the MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution in Connecticut but got out after 2 years on probation in February 2013.

After Toce's divorce from Kimberleigh, he was married for 7 years to his third wife, Mary which didn't seem to work out. 

On the other hand, Kim is currently enjoying a blissful marriage with her second husband, Kroy Biermann with whom she married on 11th November 2011 at their Roswell, Georgia home. He is a former American footballer whom she met at the charity event Dancing with Atlanta Stars. 

Following their wedding, they welcomed four children: Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr. (30th May 2011), Kash Kade Biermann (15th August 2012), and twins named Kane Ren Biermann and Kaia Rose Biermann (25th November 2013). Moreover, Mrs, Biermann is bisexual, she has admitted to having a relationship with DJ Tracy Young.
