Mark Edward Fischbach aka Markiplier was born on 28th June 1989 in Honolulu, Hawaii, the United States. His late father, Cliffton M. Fischbach (died 2008) a German American, served in the U. S. Army. Mark has an older brother, Jason Thomas "Tom" Fischbach who is an artist and author of the webcomic Twokinds.The Streamy Awards winner attended Milford High School. He then enrolled at the University of Cincinnati and studied biomedical engineering but dropped out.
