Melanie Lynn Clapp was once married to her then-husband, Philip John Clapp aka Johnny Knoxville on 15th May 1995 in Elvis chapel in Las Vegas. Johnny Knoxville (11th March 1971) is an American actor, stunt performer, filmmaker, and comedian. 

The former couple became parents of a daughter named Madison Tatiana Clapp born in 1996. She attended Oakwood School and graduated from Oberlin College, Ohio.

After 12 years of their marriage, Lynn and Philip separated in July 2006. Knoxville filed for divorce in June 2007 stating irreconcilable differences which got finalized in March 2008.
