According to Married Biography sites, Lil was arrested on a weapon charge in 2011. Due to this, He was sent to jail for three months and released on bond.

On 5th June 2013, Lil was again arrested for throwing a loaded.40 caliber handgun into his car. After three years, Lil was cleared of disregarding probation after being arrested on Felony gu charges.

Lil Durk and his companion, king Von, were arrested on allegations of attempted murder in 2019. They were accused of robbing a man's jeep Cherokee and $30,000 in cash. Lil and Von were freed from jail after a week on $250,000 and $300,00 bail.
