Tash convinced him to visit the hospital and sadly in January 2021, they found out that he had stage 4 small cell carcinoma which is a kind of lung cancer. 

According to Wikipedia, he took the first round of chemotherapy in Cape Coral, Florida but passed away on 1st February 2021 at the age of 44.
